Shipping Deadlines

Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will be shipped within 3 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to countries that have import restrictions on skincare products.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and get you a replacement product.

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for all skincare products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

At The Urban Shop, we are so confident in the quality of our vegan skincare line that we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

To return an item, simply contact us at [email protected] or [phone number] and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we have received the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

This warranty is valid for purchases made directly from our website, [website address]. It is not valid for purchases made from other retailers.
