We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our skincare line. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

To return a product, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service department at theurbanshop4@gmail.com
• Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
• We will send you a return shipping label.
• Package the product securely and ship it back to us.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products that are damaged or defective
• Products that have been purchased from a third-party seller

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: This option is available for an additional fee. It typically takes 2-3 business days for orders to arrive after they have been shipped.
• International Shipping: We ship to most countries around the world. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. You can see the shipping costs for your specific order before you checkout.

Packaging

Here at The Urban Shop we believe in lowering our carbon footprint AND getting your goods to you quickly and efficiently.  All products are packaged and shipped in eco-friendly packaging and filler.  

Shipping Deadlines

Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will be shipped within 3 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to countries that have import restrictions on skincare products.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and get you a replacement product.

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for all skincare products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Shea butter soap base, oatmeal, almond oil, avocado oil OR castor oil, vitamin E, skin renewal oil (Frankincense Resin, Wild Orange, Litsea Fruit Oil, Thyme Leaf Oil, Clove Bud Oil, Summer Savory Oil, Niaouli Leaf and Lemongrass Oil), rosemary oil, geranium oil, eucalyptus oil, bergamot oil, lavender oil and chamomile oil.

Charcoal Soap Base:

Shea butter soap base, jojoba oil, avocado oil, activated coconut charcoal powder, vitamin E, vitamin C, tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, clary sage oil, lavender oil, citrus oil, peppermint oil and skin renewal oil (Frankincense Resin, Wild Orange, Litsea Fruit Oil, Thyme Leaf Oil, Clove Bud Oil, Summer Savory Oil, Niaouli Leaf and Lemongrass Oil).  

Marble Soap Base:

Shea butter soap base, jojoba oil, vitamin E, vitamin C, avocado oil, activated coconut charcoal powder, skin renewal oil (frankincense resin, wild orange, litsea fruit oil, thyme leaf oil, clove bud oil, summer savory oil, niaouli leaf and lemongrass oil), yarrow pom oil, lavender oil, tea tree oil, chamomile oil and (myrrh, copaiba, cedarwood OR Sandalwood.)
